Free In-Home Fall Assessment

Platinum Select Care is offering a FREE in-home “Fall Assessment.” During the Fall months of 2023, PLC will send one a Nurses to your home to assess the hazards that might contribute to falling in your home. Our many experience of caring for older adults in their homes, has given us the knowledge and insight to help you prevent falls from occurring.

Our Free In-Home Fall Assessment will include a visual inspection of your home and advice in alleviating any areas of concern. These can include cluttered areas, narrow passage ways, stairs, rugs, flooring, shoes, etc.

We will also ask question to identify any physical issues that you may experiencing that can also increase your chance of falling.
